What is Marina Square Rewards?

Marina Square Rewards is a loyalty programme where members can upload Marina Square receipts via the Marina Square App to earn SQUARES and redeem Rewards.

How do I become a member? "Membership is Free!"

Membership is open to any Singapore resident aged 18 years and above, and is valid for a lifetime. However, membership is subject to termination should there be any suspicious or fraudulent activities found in the member’s account.

Shoppers must successfully verify their Singapore mobile number to unlock member-exclusive features on the Marina Square App.

How do I redeem Deals?

“Deals” is a member-exclusive feature on the Marina Square App. Members must physically proceed to participating stores to scan a QR code to redeem a Deal.

How do I earn SQUARES?

(1) Shop at any qualifying Marina Square store and upload receipt(s) (min. $20 per receipt is required) via Marina Square App

(2) Receipt(s) must be uploaded within 24h of purchase.

(3) SQUARES are awarded within 7 working days ($1 spend = 1 SQUARE)

All SQUARES earned in each calendar year shall be utilised by 31 December of that calendar year. Members will be given a grace period ending 31 March of the following calendar year to utilise the earned SQUARES.

How do I redeem Parking Rewards with SQUARES?

Click on “Carpark$” on Marina Square App to register up to 3 vehicle numbers and 3 corresponding IU numbers.
Select active vehicle, then convert SQUARES to CP$ before you exit the mall car park.

Every 100 SQUARES = 2 CP$ (equivalent to $2 in parking charges)

Conversion of SQUARES to CP$ is irreversible and expires on 31 December of each calendar year.

MSQ PRO Tier

Increased Rewards:
MSQ PRO Members earn 2 SQUARES for every S$1 spent at Marina Square. A minimum spend of S$20 per receipt is required for earning SQUARES.

Daily Earning Cap:
Regular Members: Maximum of 1,000 SQUARES per day.
MSQ PRO Members: Maximum of 2,000 SQUARES per day.
These caps exclude bonus SQUARES unless otherwise specified.

Qualification Period:
For New Members (on or after 1 January 2025): The Qualification Period starts on the Member's sign-up date.
For Existing MSQ PRO Members: The Qualification Period starts on the date their MSQ PRO Membership was upgraded.
For All Members: The Qualification Period resets annually. For all members who signed up before 1 January 2025, the Qualification Period will run from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025.

Upgrading to or Renewing MSQ PRO Membership:
After the Qualification Period ends, Marina Square will conduct a 2-day verification period ("Verification Period") to review the submitted Proofs of Purchase.

Upgrading from Regular Membership:
Members meeting the S$5,000 spending requirement during the Qualification Period and passing verification will have their MSQ PRO Membership activated the day after the Verification Period ends.

Renewing MSQ PRO Membership:
Existing MSQ PRO Members must meet the S$5,000 spending requirement based on approved receipts of qualifying spend during the Qualification Period to renew their membership.
If verified, their MSQ PRO Membership will renew for another year, starting from the anniversary of their current membership start date.

Downgrading from MSQ PRO Membership:
MSQ PRO Members who do not meet the S$5,000 spending requirement will revert to Regular Membership.
This change takes effect from the day immediately after the expiry of the current Premium Membership Year.

Spending After the Qualification Period:
The MSQ PRO tier is renewed for the next year upon achieving S$5,000 in annual spending. Subsequent spending does not automatically extend the tier beyond the following year.

Membership Changes:
Marina Square reserves the right to amend, modify, or change the qualifying criteria and terms and conditions of the MSQ PRO Membership at any time.
