Celebrate Birthdays in Style: Birthday celebrations become even more special. Pro Members will receive an exclusive birthday gift equivalent to $10 during their birthday month, adding a touch of joy to their special day.
Exclusive Invites to Premium Experiences: More than just rewards, MSQ Pro is about creating memorable moments. Members will gain exclusive access to private events, exclusive launches and special privileges reserved solely for them.
Exclusive Offers: MSQ Pro members can enjoy exclusive discounts and privileges at a wide range of participating outlets at the mall, including Haidilao Hot Pot, Cocoart, A_LiveHouse by Relax, Kenko Wellness Spa and Reflexology, and more.
How to Become an MSQ Pro Member
Simply download the free Marina Square app (available on iOS and Android) and register for a free membership.
To qualify for MSQ Pro, members need to spend a minimum of $5,000 annually at Marina Square. Existing MSQ App Rewards members will be automatically upgraded to MSQ Pro once they reach this spending threshold.
FAQ:
Increased Rewards: MSQ PRO Members earn 2 SQUARES for every S$1 spent at Marina Square. A minimum spend of S$20 per receipt is required for earning SQUARES.
Daily Earning Cap:
Regular Members: Maximum of 1,000 SQUARES per day.
MSQ PRO Members: Maximum of 2,000 SQUARES per day.
These caps exclude bonus SQUARES unless otherwise specified.
Qualification Period:
For New Members (on or after 1 January 2025): The Qualification Period starts on the Member's sign-up date.
For Existing MSQ PRO Members: The Qualification Period starts on the date their MSQ PRO Membership was upgraded.
For All Members: The Qualification Period resets annually. For all members who signed up before 1 January 2025, the Qualification Period will run from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025.
Upgrading to or Renewing MSQ PRO Membership
Verification: After the Qualification Period ends, Marina Square will conduct a 2-day verification period ("Verification Period") to review the submitted Proofs of Purchase.
Upgrading from Regular Membership:
Members meeting the S$5,000 spending requirement during the Qualification Period and passing verification will have their MSQ PRO Membership activated the day after the Verification Period ends.
Renewing MSQ PRO Membership:
Existing MSQ PRO Members must meet the S$5,000 spending requirement based on approved receipts of qualifying spend during the Qualification Period to renew their membership.
If verified, their MSQ PRO Membership will renew for another year, starting from the anniversary of their current membership start date.
Downgrading from MSQ PRO Membership:
MSQ PRO Members who do not meet the S$5,000 spending requirement will revert to Regular Membership.
This change takes effect from the day immediately after the expiry of the current Premium Membership Year.
Spending After the Qualification Period:
The MSQ PRO tier is renewed for the next year upon achieving S$5,000 in annual spending. Subsequent spending does not automatically extend the tier beyond the following year.
Membership Changes:
Marina Square reserves the right to amend, modify, or change the qualifying criteria and terms and conditions of the MSQ PRO Membership at any time.
